We aim to bring you confidence and an advance skill level in male waxing- facial waxing, chest waxing, underarm and leg. This course is broken down the exact way we teach it in the Waxperts Academy, in Dublin. You have a Waxperts Male Grooming manual ready to download, which I recommend you do straight away. This will allow you to read through everything thoroughly, to give you a great understanding of Waxperts Wax. It will also allow you to highlight any important bits or to jot down your own notes in the relevant places.

Course Completion Guidelines

  • Students must view 90% of a video to advance to the next lecture/section.
  • Multiple choice exam to be taken online, 80% pass rate needed.
  • 4 case studies to be completed and submitted online. These case studies will be graded by the Waxperts Educator. Grading can take up to 14 days from the case study submission date.
  • Course is recommended to be completed 3 months from enrolment date.
  • Access to online course content for 1 year.

Is this Certified Course for me?
This course is for beauty professionals who want to upskill in ALL areas of waxing; facial, body and bikini. With a full overview on the product range, advanced theory knowledge, a complete breakdown of how to wax multiple areas and ongoing support from a Waxperts Academy Online Instructor.
What is included in this Certified Course?
Includes: 4+ hours of video content which is split up into individual lesson videos. In addition to the lesson videos, each course has a downloadable PDF workbook that you can use to supplement the videos. There are also an online multiple choice assessment and online case studies to be completed and uploaded to your instructor online for grading. Successful students will receive a Waxperts Academy Online certificate on completion of course content, multiple choice assessment and case studies.
How long do I have access to this Certified Course?
Course is to be completed 3 months from enrolment date, but you will continue to have access to course content for 1year. days to complete any certified course from the enrolment date. Within those 3 months, you can take the course at your own pace, so the number of days it takes to complete the course will vary.
Who is this course certified by?
The course is certified by the Waxperts Academy. A certificate is issued to students on successful completion of the course within the 3 month time frame.
How do I complete the course? What's involved with the case studies?
Students will receive Waxperts Conversion Certificate on successful completion of all of the below: - Students must progress through lectures/sections in order. - Students must view 90% of a video to advance to next lecture/section. - Students must complete graded quiz & achieve an 80% pass rate. (Quiz may be retaken up to 10 times.) - Students must submit 5 case studies online using Waxperts Wax professional products. - Case studies must include client consultation, before & after images. Bikini before & after images must show the top of the bikini section to ensure the correct bikini style has been carried out. These case studies will be graded by the Waxperts Educator. Grading can take up to 14 days from case study submission date (see 'Case Study' section for more details). - The following case studies must be submitted and cover the following: 1 x Eyebrow Wax 1 x Lip Wax 1 x Underarm Wax 1 x Half Leg Wax 1 x Hollywood Bikini Wax IMPORTANT: All imagery submitted with each case study, will be handled confidentially and in accordance with GDPR guidelines by the appointed Waxperts Educator. All images will be permanently deleted once each case study has been graded. Please see examples in the case studies section.
Is there a kit included?
There is no kit included with this course. On enrollment, students receive a 15% discount on the Waxperts 'Try Me' Kit to allow them to use the products to practice their new skills and carry out their case studies.
